The system will then automatically start recording time and water injection volume after filling water. After the extraction is complete, it will display the powder-to-water ratio and powder weight.

For espresso coffee, the SHARDOR M2 Mode is the way to go. First, weigh the weight of the portafilter. Then, weigh the weight of the portafilter after adding coffee powder.
