How to Make Pour-Over Coffee When making a manual brew, place your brewer and filter on the coffee scale and press the tare button to reset the display to zero. Add your ground coffee, and you'll know exactly how much you have, allowing you to determine the required water amount.

Reset the display to zero again and press the "time" key, then start the pour. Make a note of the coffee powder weight, water, and pour time. Once you've achieved the perfect coffee, you'll know how to replicate it every time.
